You’re invited to celebrate spring’s renewal at our eighth annual Spring Bloom event from 10am-3pm on Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at the Quarry Hill Orchards Market Barn. This seasonal event is held annually on the Saturday of Mother’s Day Weekend. Advance ticket purchase required for workshops and offerings (see below). Fruit Tree Saplings for Sale

We’ve got a wide variety of apple saplings (Pink Lady, Granny Smith, Fuji, Honeycrisp, Gala, and Lodi), peach saplings (Red Haven, Desiree, Glen Glo, and new this year is Tang0!!), and sweet cherry saplings (Regina, Hudson, and Stardust). Limited Quantities!
Tree Planting & Home Orchard Workshop

Quarry Cones – Real Fruit Ice Cream
The familiar faces at the Market Barn are now serving a fresh, real-fruit treat: Quarry Cones! Quarry Cones Real Fruit Ice Cream is made from real fruit from our orchard, frozen and blended right in front of you. Swing by for a treat! We’ll be scooping fruit from 10am – 3pm on Spring Bloom.
Pre-Order Local Mothers Day Bouquets
Pre-order your Mother’s Day Bouquets for pick up during Spring Bloom. Bouquets will include an assortment of locally grown spring-inspired blooms like ranunculus, anemones, bachelor buttons, wild hyacinth, and larkspur. Bouquets are handmade by Kay’s BouKays, a Farmer/Florist in Oberlin, Ohio.
Gourd Birdhouse Painting Workshop
Join Robyn’s painting workshop (no experience or “talent” needed) as step-by-step instructions are provided to help create a fun and memorable experience! These also make for a beautiful one of a kind Mother’s Day gifts! Invite a friend – or your Mom. Workshops are at 10am and noon. Advance purchase encouraged.
Foraged Grapevine Wreath Workshop
Get your hands dirty, stomp through the vineyards, prune some vines, forage for spring blooms, and create a gorgeous and everlasting grapevine wreath with Kay’s BouKays, a Farmer/Florist in Oberlin, Ohio. A homemade fresh spring wreath is the perfect accent to any home for the season; we look forward to cutting and creating with you (11am and 1pm – space is limited)! Advance Purchase Required.
