How to Book:
Please use our pre-registration link here to reserve your tour. A $50 deposit is required to secure and reserve your tour date(s). You can also contact Brooke by email or phone (419- 588-2858 x 5, ask for Brooke Gammie) to start your booking process instead!
Experience Includes:




- Learn about the role that birds and pollination by bees plays in our orchard. We’ll also share details on blossom anatomy for different fruit trees on our property.
- Discover components of our orchard infrastructure including the machinery we use to plant trees, harvesting details, irrigation, trellising and more.
- We’ll be outside rain or shine! Take in a healthy dose of fresh air as we explore all things spring here at the farm.
- Enjoy a tractor ride through the orchard, tour our barns and farm grounds and learn how our fruit goes from our trees to your table!
Details:
Duration: 60-90 minutes
Who Counts as a Participant: All children ages 3+ and accompanying adults (caregivers, supervisors, siblings, etc.). Teachers and intervention aides attend free.
Pricing:
- Groups up to 25: $375 flat rate
- Groups 26+: $15 per person
- Large Groups (75-100+): Special discounts available – contact Brooke Gammie
Payment: Group leader receives one invoice due after the tour. Schools may use a Purchase Order.
Booking: $50 deposit required to reserve your date (first-come, first-served). Deposits are non-refundable but rescheduling is available for weather or emergencies.
What to Bring: Closed-toe shoes required (Boots would be best!). During this time of year, we may see increased rain, so please come prepared to get a little muddy in the orchard. We will be OUTSIDE rain or shine so dress according to the weather and we recommend layers! Pack a lunch to enjoy at our picnic tables if it’s nice outside.
Farm Friends: You’ll meet Romulus (our friendly golden retriever), local honeybees, and possibly some poison ivy in the orchard. We also have barn cats and chickens that may make an appearance. Please be mindful and enjoy!
