Spring has sprung at our orchard! Join us in welcoming the renewal of spring at our Market Barn’s grand reopening of the season. Our eighth annual Spring Bloom joyfully coincides with Mother’s Day weekend for a buzzing day of activity. Explore fruit trees for sale (pre-order online below), attend an engaging tree planting workshop led by Ben or Bill Gammie, and shop last-minute Mother’s Day gifts. Delight in springtime treasures, from pollinator seed packets to fresh-cut bouquets, fragrant candles to local produce. Celebrate the changing of the seasons at the blooming orchard! 

The familiar faces at the Market Barn are now serving a fresh, real-fruit treat: Quarry Cones! Quarry Cones Real Fruit Ice Cream is made from real fruit from our orchard, frozen and blended right in front of you. Swing by for a treat! We’ll be scooping fruit from 10am – 3pm on Spring Bloom.

Pre-order your Mother’s Day Bouquets for pick up during Spring Bloom. Bouquets will include an assortment of locally grown spring-inspired blooms like ranunculus, anemones, bachelor buttons, wild hyacinth, and larkspur.  Bouquets are handmade by Kay’s BouKays, a Farmer/Florist in Oberlin, Ohio.

Join Robyn’s painting workshop (no experience or “talent” needed) as step-by-step instructions are provided to help create a fun and memorable experience! These also make for a beautiful one of a kind Mother’s Day gifts! Invite a friend – or your Mom. Workshops are at 10am and noon. Advance purchase encouraged.

Get your hands dirty, stomp through the vineyards, prune some vines, forage for spring blooms, and create a gorgeous and everlasting grapevine wreath with Kay’s BouKays, a Farmer/Florist in Oberlin, Ohio. A homemade fresh spring wreath is the perfect accent to any home for the season; we look forward to cutting and creating with you (11am and 1pm – space is limited)! Advance Purchase Required.
