Spring has sprung at our orchard! Our ninth annual Spring Bloom joyfully coincides with Mother’s Day weekend for a buzzing day of interactive workshops. Explore fruit trees for sale (pre-order online below) or attend an engaging tree planting workshop led by Ben Gammie. Delight in springtime treasures, from fresh-cut bouquets to local produce. Celebrate the changing of the seasons at the blooming orchard!
Tree Planting & Home Orchard Workshop
Take notes as Farmer Ben and/or Farmer Bill walks you through proper planting, pruning, and training techniques for your home orchard. Spaces are limited to 25 people per workshop. Please purchase tickets ahead of time to secure your reservation.

Gourd Birdhouse Painting Workshop
During this workshop, work with Barbara from Whet Your Palette as she provides step-by-step instructions to help you create a beautiful one of a kind Mother’s Day gift! Invite a friend – or your Mom. Workshop Timeslots Available: 10AM and 12PM

Perfume Blending Workshop
Work with Courtney from The Loft at 36 Eleven to create your own custom perfume and find your signature scent! This immersive experience will guide you through the art of perfumery and help you discover scent notes you love. You’ll walk away with your very own 10ml roll-on perfume!
Pressed Flower Bar Card Making Workshop
Cindy Walker from Walker Roots Design returns with a pressed flower bar to make your handmade Mother’s Day Cards! The flower bar will even feature Apple Blossoms from our very own orchard trees!

Fruit Tree Saplings for Sale
Pre-order your fruit trees for on-farm pick up at Spring Bloom (Saturday, May 10 from 10AM-3PM).
We’ve got a wide variety of apple saplings (Pink Lady, Granny Smith, Fuji, Honeycrisp, Gala, and Lodi), peach saplings (Red Haven, Desiree, Glen Glo, and new this year is Tang0!!), and sweet cherry saplings (Regina, Hudson, and Stardust). Limited Quantities!
Preorder Local Mother’s Day Bouquets
Pre-order your Mother’s Day Bouquets for pick up during Spring Bloom. Bouquets will include an assortment of locally grown spring-inspired blooms like ranunculus, anemones, bachelor buttons, wild hyacinth, and larkspur. Bouquets are handmade by Kay’s BouKays, a Farmer/Florist in Oberlin, Ohio.

Floral Fox Coffee Company joins us for the first time with their mobile coffee trailer! Attendees will enjoy deliciously crafted espresso drinks and spring drink specials!

Parking Instructions
Please park in the grass (gold highlight) on either side of Humm Road and enjoy a short walk through the grassy lawns to the Market Barn (number 3) where the event will take place (green highlight). The parking immediately NEXT to the Market Barn will be very congested and at capacity.
