Q: Do I need to register for events at Quarry Hill Orchards?  

No, but we recommend it! All our events are free and open to the public! However, buying a ticket in advance helps us plan for attendance and gets you some sweet deals. You can purchase event tickets here. 

Take advantage of the discounts on Quarry Cones Real Fruit Ice Cream, merch, and more when you buy a ticket in advance.  Please note that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for all events.  

Q: What do I get for registering?  

Cool, exclusive offers only available for event ticket holders! Offers vary for each event, but might include collectible Quarry Hill Orchards patches, discounts on Quarry Cones Real Fruit Ice Cream, merch, and more! 

Q: Do you allow outside food & drink?  

We hope you’ll enjoy drinks and food from our featured vendors, but you can pack a picnic for the lawn.  

Q: Where is event parking?  

We offer plenty of free parking on site. Please park in the grass (gold highlight) on either side of Humm Road and enjoy a short walk through the grassy lawns to the Market Barn (see the star). The parking lot next to the Market Barn will be very congested and at capacity. 

Q: Are the events rain or shine?  

As with all things at the orchard, we can’t fight Mother Nature! Starting in the summer of 2024, we will plan a rain date for all events. Check our Facebook or Instagram for up-to-date event info.  

Q: I’m a vendor. How do I participate in the next event?  

We love bringing new offerings to our events! Complete the form on the Vendors as Partners page and we’ll be in touch if you’re a good fit.  

Q: Are events kid-friendly?  

We welcome kids of all ages unless the event specifically states otherwise. It’s likely that you’ll see the Gammie kids running around throughout the day.
