This year, we are celebrating the 10th Anniversary of our Apple Peak event! We’ll be bringing back old traditions from the past 10 years, plus unveiling a “Walk Through Quarry Hill History” as an interactive way to learn about the property that our farm sits on.
Come with us to celebrate the true taste of autumn during this event that highlights our apple crop at its full glory with classic fall activities like wagon rides through the orchard, pick-your-own apples, fall crafts, and a wide variety of apples to purchase in our Market Barn. Local and regional vendors join us at the farm with unique food options, keepsakes, home décor items, and gifts. Bring your crew for a day of seasonal delight in the orchards!

APPLE PICKING
Available from 10am – 5pm; look for the white tent on the back lawn with the big PICK YOUR OWN banner; get some direction from our staff (including a highlighted map), purchase your picking bag, snag a wagon and you’re ready to go!
$30 for a half bushel bag of apples. Pre purchase bags HERE!
WAGON RIDES
Our shiny red wagon will venture through our orchards and adjacent Edison Woods MetroPark. Enjoy fall colors at their peak and soak up the flora and fauna of the restored native grasslands. Please purchase a ticket for before you board! Have cash ready, or buy tickets via credit card at the registers (ages 0-2 ride for free). All aboard!!
Haystack Tower
Let the kids burn off some energy at our Haystack Tower! Perfect for climbing, exploring, and creating memories. A classic autumn activity that’s endless fun for little ones at the orchard!
Pumpkin Palace
Head to the back lawn of the Market Barn to discover a stunning array of homegrown pumpkins—perfect for stacking, carving, or adding some warty charm to your fall decor. After selecting your favorites, weigh them on our vintage scales and have your total ready at checkout. And don’t forget to snap a few photos in this picture-perfect pumpkin palace—it’s the ultimate fall photo op for you and the family!
LIVE MUSIC
We’ve got a great lineup of some local musicians who will add a beautiful acoustical backdrop to this special event. Grab a seat at the picnic tables and enjoy the show!

Orchard Walk Through History
For our 10 Year Anniversary of Apple Peak, we are unveiling the history of our farm at Quarry Hill! We’ll invite all of our guests to take an interactive walk through history with us as you explore different years of our farm life, how Quarry Hill has changed and where we’re headed next.
Apple Pie Contest
Do you have a secret ingredient that makes your apple pie the one that everyone can’t stop talking about? We’re bringing back one of our very first traditions of this event…our apple pie contest! Winners receive QHO goodies from the Market Barn!

Parking Instructions
Please park in the grass (gold highlight) on either side of Humm Road and enjoy a short walk through the grassy lawns to the Market Barn (number 3) where the event will take place (green highlight). The parking immediately NEXT to the Market Barn will be very congested and at capacity. Thank you!
